FAMILY BUSHCRAFT ESSENTIALS DAY WORKSHOP
Discover and practice essential survival skills with your family.
Experience together, how to provide for your immediate needs and exist in harmony with your surroundings.
This day course is especially for family groups or children accompanied by a parent/guardian. For all family members, no minimum age.
BUSHCRAFT ESSENTIALS DAY OVERVIEW
You’ll get lots of practical hands on experience with fire lighting and fire management, and the opportunity to build a natural shelter within a beautiful mixed broadleaf and coniferous woodland.

You will be shown how to source drinking water and how to make it safe, as well as learning about the plants, trees and animals around you.as you gather materials for your fire and shelter.

Taught in the relaxed environment of an expedition-style camp with tea and coffee on hand throughout the day, you can ask plenty of questions and receive tips from our experts.

Conducted from an expedition-style teaching environment in a beautiful mixed broadleaf and coniferous woodland with an eco-friendly composting toilet. The camp fire is under cover, and acts as a communal area with a hot kettle constantly on the fire, coffee, tea, biscuit tin and squash available all day.
