FAMILY BUSHCRAFT ESSENTIALS DAY

You’ll get lots of practical hands on experience with fire lighting and fire management, and the opportunity to build a natural shelter within a beautiful mixed broadleaf and coniferous woodland.

You will be shown how to source drinking water and how to make it safe, as well as learning about the plants, trees and animals around you.as you gather materials for your fire and shelter.

As with all our courses, our woodland camp is focused around a covered area with communal fire and kettle. Tea, coffee, squash and water are available at all times in the camp kitchen brew box, free of charge. We also have a composting toilet on-site for your comfort.
